Tahoe Truckee Excellence in Education Foundation

Building an Endowment Fund has been a priority of the Foundation since its inception. In 1990, Excellence in Education board members made a commitment to set aside a portion of annual fundraising revenues to grow an Endowment to $1.5 million.

The Endowment will stabilize the organization and provide interest towards future grants-giving.

Under the leadership of President Scott Ryan, the Endowment House was built at Northstar, largely with the donation of materials, labor and money, realizing over $600,000 to the Endowment.

Despite the vagaries of the economic climate, the Foundation is pleased to announce that thanks to the amazing community support over these past years, we have reached our $1.5 million goal!
