To purchase speech therapy tools for the Speech Improvement Group which addresses single sound articulation errors made by the general education students (not qualifying under special education umbrella).

To purchase two wireless CD listening centers for the Kindergarten classes. The CD listening centers are a part of the daily language arts program.

To purchase cross country ski equipment to revive the cross country ski program at Tahoe Lake. This program will help ensure consistent winter P.E. activity.

To purchase games and educational activities for teachers to use for intervention with RTI groups. 

To purchase additional Ellison Die Cuts to provide increased variety for math and language arts activities.

To purchase weaving looms to support social studies, history, math and art curriculum. 

To fund a cooking cart with the necessary equipment to support cooking activities related to nutrition education, language arts, math and social studies curriculums.

To purchase math and language arts games to support third grade curriculum. The games allow students to practice skills and reinforce concepts taught in class.

To purchase musical plays and costumes which enrich the core curriculum.

To purchase updated educational DVD’s and CD’s for the school libraries. These videos would serve as educational aides and enhancements for all grade levels and subjects. This grant is shared with Glenshire Elementary so that each school site’s offerings are in alignment.
