Description

Since Tahoe Lake is a science centered school, we would like to purchase building sets that promote science, technology, engineering, and mathematics for our youngest learners.

Benefits of Program

As teachers of our youngest learners, we know how important it is for students to work together in teams collaboratively, make connections, and solve problems. Brain based learning sets promote thoughtful inquiry and design that is crucial to our students' minds.

Success of Program

If we were able to purchase these building sets for our students, we would see an increase in confidence, social and emotional skills, and connections. Our students would be utilizing science, engineering, and mathematical skills to make connections, solve problems, and design amazing things with hands on tools. In addition, our students would be engaged and excited about learning.

Implementation

We would use these building sets in our classrooms on a daily basis and incorporate them into our curriculum.
