Description
The program objective is to support literacy and writing objectives.
Success of Program
Students will show improved confidence and independence in their writing. The student and the reader will have improved understanding of the content in wiritng. Students will have improved spelling scores.
Implementation
Quick Word Dictionary will be purchased and distributed. Teachers will begin mini-lessons to introduce students to the book and how to use it.

An objective in our PLC is to tranfer knowledge of phonemic patterns used in daily writing lessons. These patterns can be seen in the words included in and added to the Quick Word DIctionary.
