Description

Students will be able to practice musical skills on Orff instruments with greater consistency because they won't have to wait so long between turns.  Orff instruments provide a quality in-tune sound with easy technique to produce music that is highly beneficial for students.

Performances of songs learned.  

Implementation

Using the Orff curriculum and anything I compose, instruments will be used in the classroom to learn and perform various songs.

Can you share this grant with your grade level or subject team?

N/A however, much music research has shown how valuable music is to the brain's ability to learn.  Music enhances brain function.
