Description
To create and inviting, comfortable, and functional space that will facilitate the implementation of Daily 5 literacy activities.
Success of Program
Since the aim of Daily 5 is to foster independence in reading and writing activities so that the teacher can work with small groups of students on targeted skills, I will know if there is sucess if I am able to accomplish this!!
Implementation
Dedicate a section of the classroom as a reading nook with rug, pillows, and lighting.
